We believe that after a full cosmetic renovation on the main floor the subject property can sell for pretty close to this comparable.
  • 75 Park Street S sold in March 2020 for $299,000. It is a detached 1.5 storey with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is approximately the same size as the subject property. The property has been partially renovated with some newer flooring but has an older kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the basement is unfinished. Again we believe this to be a pretty close comparable after an investor has fully renovated the main floor of the subject property.
