The comparable had some renovations done but was mostly outdated. After adjustments, we believe in its current condition the subject property would sell for at least $920,000 on the MLS
  • 5323 SHERKSTON Road sold for $1,100,000 in January 2021. This all brick property sits on a larger lot size but is smaller in square footage than the subject proprety.
